Dimmere med strøm måling og andre sensorer. Mulig å fjerne funksjonalitet i zwave2mqtt?

 

Har mye trafikk på nettverket og jeg bruker ikke alle innebygde muligheter. Etter kiss prinsippet ønsker jeg å fjerne/slå av disse sensorene. Er det mulig?

Kan dessverre ikke hjelpe deg med zwave2mqtt, men har du sjekket om noen enheter skiller seg ut? Jeg har ikke oppdatert firmware på z-trm2fx termostaten min, og etter restart i går kveld har den logget over 50000 linjer i OZW-loggen. Det er nesten halvparten av tilsammen 35 enheter...

Heller ikke jeg kan hjelpe med zwave2mqtt.

På de fleste z-wave dingser kan man endre den faste rapporteringstiden og også deltaverdier som trigger rapportering.

Så man kan skru opp den faste rapporteringstiden og øke deltaverdiene som trigger rapportering (som eksempel).

Noe trafikk trengs for at systemet kan se at dingsen er i live. Og litt trafikk hjelper også de andre dingsene når det gjelder routing.

Men man kan nok skru ganske hardt til. Har du mange dingser tett samen så er det bedre dess mindre trafikk det er.

Med få dingser spredt ut i grensen til radiodekningen så er det en fordel med litt trafikk etter min erfaring.

 

Som Marhil nevner; z-trm2fx gjorde z-wave nettet mitt totalt ubrukelig pga. defekt i firmware.

Den kastet så mye såpass fort ut i meshet at de andre dingsene hadde trøbbel med å smette innpå.

 

Hvilke type/merke/modell er det du vil dempe trafikkmenden på?

Det er nok den beste måten å gjøre det på og det gjøres med å justere parametere. Nøyaktig hvilke parametre finner du i manualen.

Jeg har jo problemer med z-dim som går bananas om noen vrir på manuell hjulet. Når jeg har 13 stk av disse er nettverket helt ubrukelig. Siden det er null støtte å få hos Thermofloor tenkte jeg iallefall å se om det hjalp å fjerne mest mulig funksjonalitet i dimmeren.

Problemet er at det er dimmeren som sender, så selv om du kan velge å ignorere meldingene så blir de enda sendt og krever fremdeles båndbredde. :(

Du må nesten se på trafikken i meshet. Du har sikkert en logg som kan studeres? Kanskje er det andre dingser som bruker mye båndbredde sånn at det tipper over når det vries på en dimmer?

Jeg kjenner ikke z-dim og vet ikke hvor god firmwaren er i disse.

Jeg bruker zwave2mqtt, og har en Z-Dim (snart tre). Det er jo en debug i Z2M du kan se hva som sendes på nettverket. Har ikke funnet noe måte å filtrere loggingen fra bare en node.

Her er min log fra min Z-Dim når jeg vrir fra 53 opp til 99, ned til 28, opp til 85, så skrur av.

Da har jeg noen spørsmål. Hvilken transceiver bruker du? Og inkluderte du med eller uten secure?

Tenkte kanskje det var mulig å endre parametere i selve dimmeren, men det er altså ikke mulig?

Strømforbruk (W og kWh) blir som standard sendt en gang hvert minutt. Du kan jo sette denne til 32767 sekunder, som er max. Parameter 112-1-9. Da får du de bare sendt hver 9.time ca. 

 

Jeg bruker Aotec Z-stick gen5. Ikke secure inkludering.

Ubuntu server, som kjører docker, og zwave2mqtt i en container.

Samme oppsett som meg. Eneste forskjellen er at jeg bruker Z-wave UZB1. Kanskje det er der problemet ligger. Jeg har siste firmware på sticken. Mulig jeg skulle prøvd en Aotec.

Her er typisk hva som skjer etter at jeg har vridd på hjulet manuelt.

For meg ser det ut som Target value går i loop. For nåverdi og ønsket verdi er lik hele veien nedover. Om igjen og om igjen...

Det sier med andre ord ikke så mye, annet enn at node 32 dominerer i dette utklippet. Og det kan jo være akkurat som det skal være om det er da noen ruller på hjulet..

Det er node 32 fordi jeg har slått av alle andre Heatit dimmere (12 stk). Det du ser på skjermen her skjer i løpet av 3 sekunder. Slik fortsetter den i time etter time. Hele nettet er ubrukelig i mellomtiden. Slår jeg av lyset og på igjen (uten å vri dimmerhjulet er alt ok). Med en gang jeg dimmer med hjulet starter showet igjen.

 Nå har jeg aldri plukket på Openzwave, men det ser jo ut som noe køes opp og sendes ut til node32 også.

Og node 32 svarer på forespørselen.

Hær må nesten noen som har erfaring på ozw kime inn.

 

Edit: dess mere jeg kikker på logsnippet dess mere forvirret blir jeg. Det ser ut som verdiene flipper mellom 35 og 47 og så plutselig 0.


Kanskje prøve å disable alle reglene for å se om det oppfører seg da?

Jo, det er det jeg egentlig sier. Du må sjekke at parametrene som styrer rapportering (av bl.a. strømforbruk) er satt sånn noenlunde fornuftig.
