I have that exact problem with many telldus units. Fortunately I didn't throw them away, and after reading your post I'm definitely going to fix them!
But I don't know where to buy those capacitors. I live in Sweden and has looked at www.elfa.se, but there are so many different capacitors to choose from. Where did you find your capacitors, and what kind of capacitors are they more exactly? I have found many different kinds of capacitors, but I do not know which ones to choose.
